How you sign in

Adding a second way in does not change your account. Your purchases, receipts and results stay exactly where they are — they hang off your account, not off an email address or a phone number.

Codes, links and the Google round trip are handled by our sign-in provider. We never see or store a password, and there is nothing here to reset.

Delete my account

Ask us to delete this account and the personal data on it. We do it within 30 days. Payment records and receipts are kept, because the law requires it. What is deleted and what is kept.
